Bafna Enterprises operates with the state of art processing locations at Cherthala and Kannamaly.
Our manufacturing facility is equipped with Buhler sophisticated machineries and an inhouse CO2 induced cold grinding milling line, especially for seed spices that retains the aroma and essential oils of the product.
The spices are sterilized in continuous ventilex steam sterilizers and batch sterilizers.
Bafna's production processes are fully automated through a Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) system and quality control measures are constantly validated to meet the evolving needs of the regions and our customers.
